We use custom in-house code to design impellers and hydraulic casings.
It generates models from different sets of parameters, then evaluates each model using CFD to decide which set is the best for energy efficiency and Q-H requirements.
Here’s a quick display of multiple impeller designs used to test the system.
There was no manual intervention for modeling, meshing, and CFD setup for any of those iterations.
