🌟 Celebrating Team Spirit at IMP PUMPS! 🌟
Last Friday, we came together for our annual Company Day, a special tradition where work takes a backseat to fun and celebration. This year, we gathered at a beautiful camping spot on the banks of the Kolpa River, uniting both of our Production units for a day to remember.
The event kicked off with an inspiring speech by our owner, mag. Damir Popović.
We proudly awarded the Employee of the Year to Janez Svetlin from our R&D department. Janez, a talented software engineer also involved in electronic circuit development, exemplifies the innovation and dedication that drives our success.
We also celebrated the retirement of Mirko Malnar and Tomaž Zaletel, who have each dedicated decades of service to IMP PUMPS.
The day was filled with laughter and friendly competition. Our employees enjoyed a variety of fun games, culminating in an exciting Table Tennis Championship. The tournament saw 32 participants, with Matjaž Pavlovič from the Metlika production unit emerging victorious. He defeated our previous champion, Tine Malnar from Sales, in a thrilling final. Tadej Agrež claimed third place, besting his sales team colleague, Jože Zaletelj.
