Last week, we had an amazing time celebrating our annual Company Day at Camping Bela Krajina, near our second production unit in Metlika. We had a total of 250 people at the event, including our employees, retirees, and the mayor of Metlika. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful nature and the nearby Kolpa River.
The event started with a speech from Mr. Damir Popovič, the owner of our company, IMP PUMPS. He also presented the Employee of the Year award. This year, the award went to Mr. Vojko Tramte, who did an outstanding job in our planning department. He handled the challenges of an unpredictable raw materials market while ensuring high production to meet market demand. Well done, Mr. Tramte!
After the formal part of the event, we had free time to enjoy various games like beach volleyball, chess, connect 4, battleship, and table tennis. Some of our adventurous colleagues even took a dip in the refreshing but cold Kolpa River. Of course, we had plenty of delicious food and drinks to keep us energized throughout the hot summer day.
We want to thank everyone who made this day special, from our fantastic employees and retirees to the mayor of Metlika. Your presence and enthusiasm made this event truly unforgettable. We celebrate our teamwork, dedication, and the strong commitment that defines our company.
