Our production has a new rotor balancing machine for NMT MAX II pumps. Balancing prevents the rotor from shaking, which leads to less wear on the components and longer life of the pump.
Balancing procedure:
1. Rotor spinning check for balance and marking of imperfections (values at the start 0.384/0.443g; 337°/72°; 4.3°tol/4.9°tol)
2. Drilling and removal of detected imperfections
3. Rotor spinning check for balance (values at the end 0.058/0.035g; 156°/38°; 0.6°tol/0.4°tol)
