We recently came together for our annual Company Day, a special tradition where work takes a back seat to celebration, teamwork, and good company. This year, we gathered at our headquarters, transforming our high-bay warehouse into a venue filled with energy, laughter, and memorable moments.
The event began with an inspiring speech by our owner, mag. Damir Popović, reflecting on our achievements and future ambitions. One of the highlights of the day was recognizing outstanding contributions within our team. We proudly awarded the Employee of the Year title to Nejc Jurkovič from our R&D department. Nejc is a talented engineer and the driving force behind the development of our award-winning FMT MICRO project.
We also took the opportunity to honor Vojko Tramte on his retirement after decades of dedicated service to IMP PUMPS. Thank you, Vojko, for your commitment, expertise, and invaluable contribution to our company.
We were especially pleased to welcome our retirees, who joined us in record numbers this year. Their presence added a special dimension to the event and reminded us that being part of IMP PUMPS is more than a job—it is being part of a community that lasts well beyond retirement.
The day was packed with friendly competition and fun activities, including darts, table tennis, cornhole, pétanque, and even a 3×3 basketball tournament. Music was provided by Mater Band, who kept the atmosphere lively throughout the event. To capture the memories, employees enjoyed a photo booth with their colleagues, while a wide variety of food and refreshments ensured everyone was well taken care of.
A big thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and to all our colleagues who made the day so enjoyable. Events like these remind us that our greatest strength is the people behind IMP PUMPS.
